Congratulations! The staff at the Mansion would like to thank you for considering The Mansion at Bald Hill for your future wedding event.

There are many ways to ensure that your special day is memorable and we would feel honored to help you decide on all the perfect touches for your wedding reception. Listed below are some of the options you might wish to consider.

Choice of Menu: A special meal is an important way of saying thank you to your guests and can often be the highlight of any wedding reception. Our menus are only suggestions and you can choose from any of the existing menus or create one of your own to meet your individual taste. The menus are proposed as buffet style. Please add $2.00 per person if you choose to have the meal served.

The Toast: An estimate is based on "Cooks" Brut or Spumante at $21.00 a bottle. Special requests are welcome.

The Bar: Full open bar for a 5 hour reception is estimated at $22.50 per person. Open bar for beer and wine only is estimated at $18.00 per person A cash bar is also an option if you wish to keep your costs down. The true cost will not be known till the conclusion of the reception. The charge is based on consumption.

The Cake: The Mansion’s baker can customize your wedding cake for a fee of $6.50 per person. If you choose to bring in a cake from an outside bakery, a service fee of $2.00 per person will be added to cover cutting, plating and garnishing.

Linen: Linen tablecloths and napkins are estimated at $2.00 per person. A color chart for napkin colors is available.

Gratuity: 20% is added to all food and beverages.

Tax: Tax in the state of Connecticut is 6%.

Deposits: A deposit is required in the amount of the site fee to hold the date of your wedding. Preferred payment is with cash or check. A 2% processing fee will be added if using a credit card..

Cancellation: Cancellations made six months prior to the event will result in the return of the deposit. If the cancellation is made in less than six months prior to the date, your deposit will not be refunded.

Accommodations: There is an additional charge for the rental of the guest rooms. Your guests can make these arrangements directly if that's easier for you. . There are 6 guest rooms available.
